How long does it take before I can use your solution?

Thanks to cloud technology and SaaS pricing model, the solution is immediately ready for use. The modern cloud architecture makes the system correspondingly scalable even for large quantities of load carriers. Implementation usually takes just a few weeks — including interface connection, training and data migration. Our team will guide you closely through the entire process.

Which systems can be connected to Logistikbude via an interface (API)?

We offer standardized interfaces (e.g. REST API) and integrate seamlessly with existing systems such as ERP, TMS or warehouse management systems. In addition, data from partner hardware (IoT, BLE, RFID & Co.) such as solutions from Deutsche Telekom or Bosch can be integrated. We also implement customer-specific connections quickly and flexibly.

Our platform runs GDPR-compliant on servers in Western Europe. Data security and system stability are our top priorities — including regular backups, rights and role concepts, and encrypted data transfer.

How much does it cost me to manage reusable objects?

This depends heavily on the load carriers used, their quantity and the desired level of automation. However, using the example of a euro pallet, it can be seen that the process costs exceed the new price after just two cycles. In the case of more complex transport racks, loss and repair of just a few objects has a significant impact on the balance sheet due to high costs. In most cases, return-on investments can be expected in less than 6 months.
