Dortmund/Munich, April 29, 2025: Logistikbude GmbH has a new feature in its luggage for its first appearance at the international logistics trade fair Transport Logistic: The so-called auto reconciliation makes it possible to upload account statements from the exchange accounts of large logistics service providers and automatically reconcile them with their own bookings in container management. Interested parties can test the new feature and the entire range of functions of the software solution for themselves at stand B1.231A, the joint stand of the Young Innovators, at the Munich trade fair.
“Transport Logistic is the ideal opportunity for us to make new contacts and exchange ideas with industry colleagues about current challenges,” says Dr. Philipp Hüning, co-founder and CEO of Logistikbude.
With its software, the start-up from Dortmund digitizes the management of reusable load carriers such as pallets, containers or racks, giving logistics service providers a transparent real-time overview of current inventories and exchange processes.
Auto reconciliation optimizes container management
At the trade fair, Logistikbude is focusing on a new software function that further simplifies load carrier and container management: Account statements from exchange partners — whether as a PDF, Excel or CSV file — can now be uploaded directly to the platform. The software then automatically processes the files and compares them with your own bookings. This eliminates manual effort and further automates the management of reusable load carriers.
“As a rule, large logistics service providers provide medium-sized freight forwarders with account statements in various formats in order to keep track of the current status of their exchange transactions. Previously, employees had to manually transfer data from account statements. We have now automated this step. In this way, we save employees unnecessary hard work and minimize the potential for errors due to transmission errors,” says Hüning.
Test software features directly on site
At the Young Innovators joint stand (B1.231A), interested parties can test the auto adjustment live using various sample files. At the logistics trade fair, Hüning's team will also provide comprehensive insight into how the software works and key features — from the integration of existing data from transport management or ERP systems to platform-independent inventory monitoring of load carriers and automated documentation. The startup will be present on site for the entire duration of transport logistic, from June 2 to June 5 inclusive.
